Sweden Takes The Lead To Declare SEX As Sports, And Will Hold First-ever European Championship Next Week.

 Sweden has taken the lead to officially declare sex as a sport and is also set to host its first-ever sex competition in Gothenburg next week.

The championship which will take place under the guidance of the Swedish Sex Federation, will go on for six weeks with participants engaging in sexual activities which which can go up to six hours daily.

Tagged European Sex Championship, the competition will start on Thursday June 8, with participants engaging in sexual activities. One solo match will at least go on for a good 45 minutes to 1 hour daily, depending upon the duration of their matches.

The participants will have to compete in a variety of categories including, foreplay, oral sex, penetration, knowledge of the erogenous zones and so on.

The championship is set to witness the participation of 20 people from different countries, as per initial registrations. 

As per reports, participants will also be judged across 16 disciplines that will include oral sex, seduction, penetration, endurance, number of orgasms, knowledge about sex, chemistry and communication between the couple, appearance, and so on. 

In line with these aspects, participants can score between five and 10 points in each discipline, as determined by a combination of public voting. The tournament is divided into three levels, with participants required to achieve a specific number of points in each level to progress further.

A panel of judges will decide the winners of the sex competition while the audience ratings will also influence the final decisions.

Aside influencing the decision, the audience will also notice several aspects of the sexual activity.

Notably, the organisers have also encouraged the participation of people of different sexual orientations and stressed the potential strategic value of sexual orientation during the competition and hope that other European countries will adopt the same in the future. 

“The incorporation of sexual orientation as a part of sporting tactics will be a groundbreaking development among European countries,” said the organisers.

The president of the Swedish Federation of Sex, Dragan Bratych, believes that turning sex into a sport was inevitable, as it promotes mental and physical well-being. He emphasized the importance of training for participants to achieve desired results.

“Just like any other sport, achieving desired results in sex requires training. Therefore, it is only logical for people to start competing in this domain as well,” said Bratych, as quoted by Times of India.
