Tottenham Management Responds Angrily Over Manager Jose Mourinho And Players Who Were Pictured Training In Breach Of Coronavirus Measures.

Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho’s was seen to have held training session with three of his squad in a north London park despite Coronavirus scare, thereby breaking government rules on social distancing in a bid to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus



The 65-year-old Portuguese manager was spotted wearing full training kit on Tuesday after an image/video footage emerged on social media.

He was with defenders Davinson Sanchez and Ryan Sessegnon, including former Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele who was signed last summer for a record fee of £65million, as they all live close to the park from the training venue, and completely ignored the COVID-19 measures.

It is understood that residents in England are only allowed to leave the house for food and essentials shopping, medical related travel, work when essential and one bit of exercise a day.

The exercise requires two-metre social distancing while in public with anyone other than family or a spouse at all times.

Tottenham management has angrily responded to their Manager Mourinho and players actions for breaking coronavirus restrictions.

The club has issued a very strong warning through a spokesperson who said:
“All of our players have been reminded to respect social distancing when exercising outdoors.
“We shall continue to reinforce this message.”

The Spurs incident, has been the latest in which Premier League footballers have seemingly ignored the lockdown guidelines.
