Cristiano Ronaldo has on Tuesday, returned to Juventus training centre in Turin, after being on lockdown at home with his family for two months due to the global health crisis known as Coronavirus.
The Portuguese international was among the Juventus foreign players who left Italy during the Covid-19 lockdown and has become the first of the foreign players to return to training as he drove himself into the Juventus Training Centre in a Jeep with tinted windows.
CloudNine Sports had reported that Cristiano Ronaldo left italy to go visit his sick mom immediately after featuring for Juventus in their 2-0 home victory against rivals Inter Milan on March 8.
The 35-year-old decided to remain at his hometown in Madiera after hearing about the news of his teammate Daniele Rugani who became the first SerieA player to have tested positive to Coronavirus which led to the suspension of all footballing activities in Italy on March 10 by the government.
