No Mbappé, No Party, As Nice Stuns PSG With Late Winner.

Paris Saint-Germain struggled in the absence of star man Kylian Mbappe as  a they suffered a late loss away at Nice in the Ligue 1 on Saturday night.


Mbappé missed the match due to suspension for accumulation of cards, and was rested ahead of Wednesday night's important match away at Real Madrid in the Champions League.

The 23-year-old is currently top the scorers and assists charts this season.


Lionel Messi, Neymar, Angel Di Maria and Marquinhos all failed to shine for Mauricio Pochettino's side, as Algerian forward Andy Delort came off the bench to score a late dramatic winner in the 88th minute to hand a brave Christophe Galter's Nice team a deserved victory at the Allianz Riviera.


The defeat for PSG means they have now failed to score against or beat OGC Nice in three meetings this season.



The win moves Nice up to second in the Ligue 1 table with 49 points, still some 13 points behind leaders PSG.


Mauricio Pochettino's side now have to switch their attention towards European action away to to Real Madrid on Wednesday night.

Kylian Mbappé scored a very late winner to secure a 1-0 win for PSG when both sides met for the first-leg at the Parc Des Princes on February 15.
