Kalvin Phillips Agrees Personal Terms With Manchester City Over Transfer.

This summer, Phillips had been City's main priority for their midfield, and the two sides last week reached an agreement on a cost of around £45 million for the Leeds star.

Despite wishing to cling onto their player, Leeds has reluctantly consented to let Phillips join the Champions.

Fabrizio Romano claims that Phillips has recently agreed to almost all of the terms of his move to City, including personal terms and all paperwork being signed and finished.

A prosperous period for both player and organization will come to an end with Phillips' departure.

The midfielder has proven himself to be among the greatest in the game over the past two seasons and was instrumental in getting Leeds back into the Premier League.

Another summer has passed since City bought one of the best players in England. After signing Jack Grealish last summer, they are now trying to get his teammate from England.

Meanwhile, Leeds have replaced him with Marc Roca but are set to add additional players, including Sander Berge of Sheffield United.
