Mikel Arteta Targets Three Reinforcements In Three Positions For Arsenal.

 Mikel Arteta is expected to make a significant alteration to his summer transfer intentions.

The Arsenal manager is reportedly dialing back his ambitions for a massive spending binge after initially targeting up to seven new arrivals, according to The Sun. He is expected to concentrate on three signings for the coming season.

According to the source, Arsenal's inability to qualify for the Champions League at the end of the season has prompted the club to alter its transfer plans. Last season, Edu was the driving force behind Arsenal's £150 million summer spending spree. Before this window, a similar theme was intended to be followed.

Arteta made it plain how critical the upcoming transfer window will be for Arsenal after missing out on the Champions League by two points to rivals Spurs.

Gabriel Jesus has also been connected with the Gunners. The Gunners are considering an opening bid for Jesus, according to trade specialist Fabrizio Romano.
