He has so far scored 28 goals in 62 appearances for the Parthenopeans.

Osimhen is the only Napoli's player in the list, but the 12th of 13 players from the Serie A, with Lautaro Martinez being the most valuable player from the Italian league at (€106.7 million).

A report on the 100 most expensive footballers was produced by the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), sees Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain tops the list with a €205.6 million valuation, Vinicius Jnr. of Real Madrid, and Erling Haaland of Manchester City round out the top three with €185.3 million and €152.5 million, respectively.

Ballon d'Or record holders Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo did not make the cut. And the explanation isn't hard to imagine: they're both getting older, and their returns are dwindling.
