"Kepa Arrizabalaga To Be Blamed For Chelsea Draw Against Man United".. Says Roy Keane.

Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has been blamed by Manchester United legend, Roy Keane for his role in the Red Devils’ late equalizer during both teams’ Premier League 1-1 draw on Saturday.

Chelsea failed to hold on to a 1-0 narrow lead in the dying stages of the match at Stamford Bridge.

United went into the game looking to extend their unbeaten streak in all competitions to six games.

A win at Stamford Bridge would have seen United leapfrog Chelsea and into the top four.

After a tense first half which was majorly dominated by Man United, the Blues looked to have snatched all three points, when Jorginho broke the deadlock for Chelsea with an 87th-minute penalty, after midfielder Scott McTominay pulled back Armando Broja inside the box.

However, Casemiro equalized for Erik ten Hag’s side after meeting Luke Shaw’s cross with a powerful, looping header deep into the fourth minute of injury time.

The header by the former Real Madrid man was clawed onto the post by Kepa Arrizabalaga and just about crossed the goal line after coming down off the post.

Despite the result, manager Graham Potter extends unbeaten start at Chelsea to eight games but Blues now without win in 10 against Man United.

Speaking on Sky Sports, Keane shared his thoughts on Man United’s late goal and pointed out how Arrizabalaga is to be blamed, as he could’ve done better to prevent Casemiro’s goal.

Keane said, “I look at my goalkeeper… if you can get a hand to it, you can do a little bit more.

“But the header… look at the desire. If you are in the Chelsea dressing room, you would be sick. I would be disappointed for my goalkeeper.”
