The 2022/23 FA Cup Fourth Round Draws Completed.

The 2022/23 FA fourth round have been concluded on Sunday with entertaining games to look forward to.


Going into the FA fourth round, teams will want an easier fixtures with such a heavy number of games coming up.


The draw took place just before Sunday evening's third-round fixture between heavyweights Manchester City and Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium, and Aston Villa vs Stevenage at the Villa Park.


Manchester United were the first team to progress to the fourth round after defeating Everton 3-1 at Old Trafford on Friday night. 

Holders Liverpool could not follow suit one day later as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Wolves, leaving them to face a third-round replay at Molineux Stadium.


In-form Newcastle United are among the teams not to progress after they were dumped out of the cup by Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday in one of the upsets of the competition.


Arsenal, meanwhile, have been made to wait before returning to action against Oxford United on Monday night at the Kassam Stadium.

Should Arsenal defeat Oxford then they would take a trip to play either Man City or Chelsea who are playing NOW in the next round.

While Erik ten Hag's Man United who are Keen on winning a trophy this season, will host Reading, and Tottenham travel to Preston North End.

Arsenal are the most successful team in the history of England's most prestigious cup competition, claiming their 13th title in 2017 - one more than Man United.


The fourth round games, will take place between Friday 27 January and Monday 30 January.
