Cristiano Ronaldo Scores One Of His Best Goal For Al Nassr In The 3-0 Win Over Al Akhdoud. {WATCH VIDEO}

Cristiano Ronaldo scored arguably his best Al Nassr goal since joining the club 'a spectacular long-range lob', as Al Nassr secured an impressive 3-0 home win over Al Akhdoud in the Saudi Pro League on Friday night.

The 38-year-old Portuguese star has been in scintillating form during his second season in the Saudi Pro League thus far.

Al Nassr were leading 1-0 through midfielder Sami Al-Naji's 13th-minute strike, and it looked as though it would be the only goal of the game, before Ronaldo took over with two spectacular late goals in the space of three minutes.

Poor goal keeping played a role in Ronaldo's double, with Paulo Vitor at fault for both goals. His first goal came in the 77th minute following an Alex Telles cross that goalkeeper Vitor failed to deal with effectively, Ronaldo gathered the ball at the far post and fired a powerful shot into the net from a tight angle.

After Vítor raced from his box to stop an attack and clear the ball, but it fell straight onto the chest of an onrushing Ronaldo who scored his brace through an audacious long range lob over the goalkeeper and defenders that dropped right under the crossnyand into the net from 40 yards out in the 80th minute. 

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid star has had his fair share of world-class moments at the club, but this second goal is classified as one of the best goal he has scored in Saudi Arabia that left the fans at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh on their feet.

It was no surprise to see him celebrate so passionately after scoring one of his best goals this year.

 The goal was the Ronaldo's 15th league goal in 13 league appearances this season so far, and has now scored 527 goals across first division competitions surpassing Josef Bican as the player with the most career league goals, doing so in the Saudi Pro League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A and Liga Portugal.

His overall tally for Al Nassr has risen to 32 in 37 matches, reaching such a feat in just 11 months in Saudi Arabia.

The victory for second-placed Al-Nassr was their 11th win, 1 draw, and 2 loses from 14 games in the Saudi Pro League this season to move them to 34 points, one point behind leaders Al-Hilal who have a game in hand.

Luis Castro's side are now set for a decisive clash with rivals Al-Hilal on Friday, December 1.

That fixture could see Ronaldo come up against his Golden Boot rival Aleksandar Mitrovic, who has struck 10 times in 11 matches since joining Al-Hilal from Fulham in August.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner will hope to have team-mate Sadio Mane back to full fitness after the ex-Liverpool and Senegalese forward was rested on the bench for tonight's game having played in both of Senegal's 2026 World Cup qualifiers against South Sudan and Togo in the last week.

But before the clash at Al Hilal, Al-Nassr would be next in action on Monday night when they host Iranian outfit Persepolis in the AFC Champions League.
