Jadon Sancho REMOVED From Man United First-Team WhatsApp Group.

Jadon Sancho has reportedly been removed from the Manchester United WhatsApp group amid his sour relationship with manager Erik ten Hag which has led to his long absence from the first-team squad.

As reported by CloudNine Sports, Sancho's problems at Old Trafford began back in September when he accused Ten Hag of lying over the reason for his omission from the Man United squad for the 3-1 defeat by Arsenal at the Emirates stadium.

Ten Hag had told the press that the Englishman hadn't been performing well in training, with the 23-year-old taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) to publicly hit back at the allegations made by his manager, saying he was only been made a “scapegoat” a move that made his boss furious, feeling personally let down by Sancho after all the efforts the Dutchman had made the previous season to help the £73million signing from Dortmund. 

Sancho was further “barred” from training with the first-team, and made to train with the U18s or train individually. Due to safe-guarding protocols, Sancho is forced to use a dressing room on his own when training with the youth team.

He was also barred from using all first-team facilities including the canteen, with Sancho now eating alone courtesy of a takeaway box or with academy players at Old Trafford.

Furthermore, Sancho is unable to park in the senior side car park, being forced to use the academy version.

Despite deleting the controversial social media post, it’s reported that Ten Hag demanded an apology from the winger for his actions, but no apology has been made by the winger to his manager since.

Teammates closest to Sancho has persuaded him to save Man United career, and be added back to the first-team fold, but it seems that is no longer an option for him as an apology received now, more than six weeks after the incident, would mean very little.

The Sun is now reporting that Ten Hag has taken things one step further by kicking the forward out of United's WhatsApp group, which he and his coaching staff use to update the first team players.

Sancho who came off the bench during the first three games of the campaign, has only been restricted to just 76 minutes of action this season.

His time appears to be up at United, as some members of staff believes that the winger is no longer in Ten Hag plans.

He would likely exit the club on loan in January transfer window, with suitors showing interest in the Man City's academy product.

Former club Borussia Dortmund and Juventus are both keen on signing him, but they prefer a short-term loan until the end of the season, with United covering some of his £250,000-a-week salary.
