FA Cup Winner With Crystal Palace Eberechi Eze Traditionally Ties The Knot With His Wife.

Crystal Palace star with a Nigerian heritage, Eberechi Eze celebrated his traditional wedding with his beautiful bride at The Manor at Bickley, Bromley, London, on Friday 30th May 2025. 

The 26-year-old born in England to Nigerian parents from Mbaise in Imo State, honoured his Igbo roots with his traditional attire, and his Caucasian long-time girlfriend now a wife Izuthe Mulatto was also not left out, as she was dressed in Nigerian wear.

The pair met when they were teenagers and have been dating ever since. In 2019 Eze made their relationship public on his Instagram.

It was a joyous occasion in England as the couple exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony, marking the beginning of their new journey together.

Eberechi and his wife prefer to maintain a private relationship, with her going so far as to deleting her Instagram account for added privacy.

However, he occasionally shares glimpses of their personal life, including photos of his wife on his Instagram page.

Eze's wedding is a proud moment for the Ndi Igbo community, both in Nigeria and abroad.

According to reports,  the Former Chairman of ABS Chief Uche Nworah was Present at the occasion as the lovebirds tied the knot traditionally.

Professionally, Eberechi began his youth career at Arsenal before joining Queens Park Rangers (QPR) in 2016

He quickly rose through the ranks at QPR and made his senior debut in 2017.

His impressive performances earned him a transfer to Crystal Palace in August 2020.

Palace are currently in talks with attacking midfielder over a new contract as they look to stave off interest from Tottenham and other top European clubs.

Eberechi Eze enjoyed another impressive season for the Eagles and scored the winning goal in the FA Cup final against Manchester City earlier this month, which handed the club their first major trophy win in a 163-year history.

He scored an impressive 14 goals and 11 assists in total across all competitions this season, and that has only increased the interest in him heading into the summer transfer window.

Having lost Michael Olise to Bayern Munich last season, Crystal Palace are not ready to lose another of their star player Eze go without a fight.

Eze and Olise share a close friendship after their time together at Selhurst Park, the latter has become a fans' favourite and an integral first-team player under head coach Oliver Glasner.

Crystal Palace Europa League qualification via winning the FA Cup has bolstered their ambition and chairman Steve Parish is determined to keep Eze.

Sources have confirmed that the club have initiated contract talks with Eze and is pushing to seal an agreement on a new deal.

Eze’s current deal, which runs until June 2027, includes a £68m release clause set to activate this summer but expires around mid-August, just two weeks before the transfer window closes which has put a number of top clubs on alert.

Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs who are prepared to trigger Eze’s £68m release clause, or propose a player-plus-cash deal.

Manchester United continue to monitor the situation, while Newcastle, Nottingham Forest, Arsenal, Aston Villa, and Bayern Munich are also in the mix, the latter seeing Eze as an alternative to Florian Wirtz.

Eze is seen as an ideal fit alongside Olise, Jamal Musiala and Harry Kane in Vincent Kompany's attack for next season.

Despite the swirling interest, Eze remains content at Selhurst Park, where he has flourished since his 2020 move from QPR.

Though he is open to competing at the highest level, driven by ambitions of winning more trophies and getting a prominent role in the England squad for the 2026 World Cup.

"Everything there is for me to win, I want to win, and I'll do anything I possibly can to win the Premier League," Palace's No.10 told Sky Sports News.

Eze's comments come after Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner recently stated that the club, who finished 12th in the Premier League last season, will not sell all of their star players this summer.
