AS Monaco is set to terminate Paul Pogba's contract.

The 33-year-old French footballer suffered a new injury in the training this morning and was forced to leave the session in pain. He will not be in a position to help the club achieve its objectives. 

A financial agreement should be finalized soon, as his contract was due to end next summer. 

The Ligue 1 club will have to pay the full amount of his salary until the end of his contract in June 2027, a consequence of the 2-season contract.
