EVERTON AND SHIRT SPONSORS SPORTPESA ARE SET TO PART WAYS...

Everton footclub of England have annouced that they will end its lucrative partnership with shirt sponsors SportsPesa at the end of the 2019/20 season.


The new technology and gaming company founded in 2014 in Kenya, has been Everton's chief sponsors since 2017.
Just after a comprehensive agreement reached by both parties following review by the club of it's commercial strategy in line with it's vision and future growth plans, The managements of Everton annouced to end the 4-year contract between both parties in May 2020.


Following a statement by the Club's spokesperson via the club website, said;
"This has been a difficult decision but one that allows us to best deliver on our commercial plan and to grasp the new opportunities now open to us.

“The Club would like to thank SportPesa for all of the work that has been done together. Our partnership has seen our first team visit Africa on two occasions, as well as former players and Club staff take part in numerous activations in the region. This has allowed us to grow our own footprint in Africa and further strengthen our special relationship with the continent.”

Everton will now look forward in appionting a new chief sponsor ahead of next season (2020/21) which will begin August.
