The award ceremony which took place at the Roundhouse in Camden, is staged to honour the very best of individuals of the London Football.
Tammy Abraham created history, to become the first player to pick both awards on the same night. He won the Player Of The Year award ahead of team-mate Jorginho and last year's winner Son Heung-min.
The England striker, had earlier played for Aston Villa in the Championship last season, finishing as the second highest goal-scorer with 25 goals, 4 goals away from Norwich City striker Teemu Pukki who finished as the top-scorer in the league.
He also played a vital role in the promotion of Aston Villa to the Premier League, before completing a move to Chelsea last summer. He has so far scored 15 goals across all competitions this season for the London blue side.
The Player of the year awardd was presented to him by his current manager Frank Lampard, while former Chelsea defender Ashley Cole who was also in attendance, hands him the second award for the best under-21 Player in London.
The 22-year-old speaking in an interview having won the awards says;
Other awards was also giving out on the evening, as Tottenham Hotspur midfieder Heung-Min Son third goal against Burnley in the Premier League last December, was voted as the Goal of the Year.
Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster scooped the Goalkeeper of the Year, Brentford FC manager Thomas Frank takes the Manager of the Year award.
Brenford FC 22-year-old forward Ollie Watkins wins the EFL Player of the Year. He is currently the top scorer in the Championship with 18 goals and 3 assists.
Arsenal forward Vivianne Miedema won the Women's Player of the Year Award for a second consecutive year.
