Chelsea set up an all English teams Champions League final clash, after knocking out Thirteenth-time Champions Real Madrid from the competition.
The Blues are through to their first Champions League final since 2012 after overcoming the Spanish giants in the semi-final.
Chelsea put in a stunning performance in the second-leg of the tie to beat Real Madrid 2-0 at full time, and (3-1 on aggregate).
Timo Werner opened the scoring for Chelea in the 28th minute, nodding into the empty net one of the easiest goal of his career after Kai Havertz's shot had hit the woodwork.
Chelsea should have killed the game as they created, and wasted, a sackload of chances in a dazzling second-half display.
Mason Mount struck home the second for Thomas Tuchel side to kill off the tie in the 85th minutes, thanks to an assist from substitute Christian Pulisic, marking it an extraordinary display from the Blues at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.
The first leg had ended 1-1 at the Alfredo di Stefano stadium in Spain late last month, and despite Chelsea taking the lead fairly early courtesy Christian Pulisic goal, Karim Benzema got the leveller for Madrid on the day.

"They deserved the win. We tried but they deserve to advance to the final.
"We can be very proud of ourselves and I'm very proud of the players"... Said the three times Champions League winner as manager of the Los Blancos side.
"Chelsea played really well and we have to congratulate them. They had their chances. We had a couple but you have to take your chances, football is like that.
"Now, we've to focus on LaLiga. It's tough to take, but we'll prepare tomorrow for the next match."
Chelsea will now play in their third Champions League final, first was in 2008 when they lost narrowly to Man United via penalties, and in 2012 which they emerge Champions againt Bayern Munich via penalties also.
However, they will face stern competition againt Manchester City who overcame Paris Saint-Germain 4-1 on aggregate to book their first-ever European final.
It's set to be the third all-English Champions League final after 2008 (Man United Vs Chelsea), and 2019 (Liverpool Vs Tottenham).
The victory means so much for the Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel who is now the only manager in history to make it to a back-to-back Champions final with two different teams.
Tuchel arrived at Chelsea in January following the exit of club legend Frank Lampard, due to series of bad results and performance which could have cost them a Champion League spots for next season.
They now currently have their sights on the Champions League and FA Cup finals, and are on course to finish in the top four of the Premier League this season.
Speaking after the game, Thomas Tuchel said his side were worthy victors.
"This was another energetic performance full of positive attitude and hunger, the spirit to go. Their heads were never down. Even after these big chances, they were positive. We are not done yet, we are in two finals now, and the sacrifice, I personally gave was worth it from day one"... Said the 47-year-old German.
"I'm pretty happy with what I see. When i arrived, i thought individually and as a group they were strong and had great behaviour, and that never stopped. It's a pleasure to be in the dressing room.
"We hang in and fight our way through, we use our bodies and work rate, and if we cannot out-play them, we out-work them. They didn't step back, they never got frustrated, I never saw a change in mentality or body language, it was very positive and very brave. We didn't regress. We really wanted it, wanted it badly."
The former Borussia Dortmund and PSG manager, would be hoping to secure the double for Chelsea this season if he wins both the FA Cup final against Leicester City at the Wembley stadium, and against a stunning Pep Guardiola's side who are also I'm the battle for a potential treble this season.
Chelsea would play Man City in the Champions League final set to take place on Saturday, 29 May at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Turkish city Istanbul.
The ground was the venue where Liverpool produced their famous 3-0 comeback against European giants AC Milan around 16 years ago to secure their fifth Champions League trophy.
The Ataturk stadium was supposed to host the 2019/20 final, due to restrictions put in place to stop the Covid-19 pandemic, last season final was played in Portugal instead.
