WATCH: Nepa Takes Light During Ghana Players Training Session Inside The Abuja Stadium.

A video of Black Stars players training in heavy darkness inside the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja Nigeria has surfaced online.

The Black stars’ squad together with the technical team led by coach Atto Oddo landed earlier today in Abuja ahead of the very crucial return-leg 2022 World Cup qualifying play-off clash against the Super Eagles Of Nigeria.

The first-leg, played on Thursday, ended goalless leaving the game much open for both sides.

According to reports,The Black Stars were conducting their final training session this evening under the floods lights at the at MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja, but refused to leave the pitch for groundsmen to work having overstayed the mandatory one hour even after appeals by the stadium authorities and CAF officials on ground, but they refused to listen, and after a short engagement, NEPA struck (the lights were off) and they were left in darkness.

This comes shortly after CloudNine Sports had reported how the Nigerian team arrived from Ghana, and bitterly complained about the ill treatment they received in Kumasi, hence the new video has sparked the conversation about a possible payback.

The video released, shows the Black stars’ players training under total darkness at the Mooshood Abiola stadium where the game will be played on Tuesday evening at 6pm (NGA).

A must win for the Nigeria on Tuesday will see them qualify for the biggest sporting tournament later this year in Qatar, while a win or a scoring draw for Ghana would also see them grab one of Africa's five tickets for the showpiece.
