Fans Reactions As Kylian Mbappe Celebrates PSG Contract Extension With Hattrick Over Metz.

Paris Saint-Germain cruised to a a 5-0 victory at home against Metz in their last Ligue 1 game on Saturday night, with the much anticipated Kylian Mbappe's new contract also officially announced.

Metz were ultimately broken down in the 25th minute of the game, with Mbappe opening the scoring by converting a through ball from Angel Do Maria to give the home club a 1-0 lead.

The game continued with another goal from the Frenchman in the 28th minute assisted by Lionel Messi, making it 2-0.

It was looking all good for the champions when Neymar scored his third goal in the 32nd minute, extending the advantage to 3-0 with a brilliant strike that ended up in the net.

That was the final action of the first half, which ended with PSG 3-0 Metz after a thrilling 45 minutes of football.

PSG continued from where they left off in the first half, with Kylian Mbappe finally netting his hat trick in the 50th minute, bringing the score to 4-0.

Metz's Boubacar Traore was sent off in the 58th minute after receiving a second yellow card, reducing them to ten-men.

Angel Di Maria scored the last goal of the night in the 67th minute with another stunning finish, to increase the score to 5-0. It was the Argentine's last game for PSG.

After 90 minutes of football, the match ended with PSG 0-5 Metz, marking the end of the 2021-22 season, in which the Parisians had already won the title.
