Chelsea Are Prioritizing Move For Man City's Raheem Sterling.

Chelsea have developed a plan to sign Raheem Sterling from Manchester City this summer.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Premier League heavyweights are optimistic of completing the signing of the Man City forward, who has an uncertain future at the club and may be allowed to go this summer.

Sterling's current deal with the Premier League champions, expires at the end of next season, so this will be the club's final chance to cash in on him, unless he goes for free.

Man City are anticipated to approve his sale if offers of around €35 million are received, as they seek to balance the books after spending a fortune on new man Erling Haaland from Dortmund.

Sterling isn't the only City striker on the move this summer; Gabriel Jesus has also been linked with a move away from the Etihad.

Surprisingly, the Brazilian international has also been linked with a move to Chelsea, however, fellow London rivals Arsenal appear to be the frontrunners due to his friendship with manager Mikel Arteta.

Following the failings of Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner, Chelsea has prioritized a move for Sterling this summer as they try to restore their goalscoring unit under new owner Todd Boehly.

Thomas Tuchel has been upset because neither of the two strikers has been able to impress him. He's even urged that the two players be released during the summer transfer window.

Sterling's versatility in the final third makes him a desirable target for Tuchel, who will be impressed by the English man's 109 goals and 77 assists in 309 Premier League appearances. Man City, for a fee of just €35 million, could prove to be a huge deal for Chelsea this summer.
