On Tuesday, June 7, the UEFA Nations League returns with a new series of fixtures, with England taking on Germany.

The two European power horses have a lot of talented players in their ranks, making for an exciting encounter ahead.

On the other side, Germany has improved in the last year. However, after being held to a 1-1 draw by Italy in their previous match, Die Mannschaft will need to be more clinical in this one.

Hansi Flicks men leads Gareth Southgate's side  by a slim margin, having won 15 of the 33 matches played between the two sides.

The Three Lions have 14 wins over the Germans and will be looking to even the score on Tuesday. Last year's meeting between the two teams took place at the Euros, with England winning 2-0. On the day, Germany struggled, and they have a point to prove this week.

Both coaches could make massive changes to their squads as they look to give some Ooher players an opportunity to earn caps and keep the squad fresh.
