Inter Milan Waiting For 'Green Light' To Complete Romelu Lukaku Transfer

Inter Milan are apparently waiting for their owners 'final green light' before moving forward with a loan deal for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

Lukaku returned to Chelsea after leaving Inter Milan last summer. To bring him back, the Premier League team paid roughly £97.5 million.

However, this return was short-lived. Lukaku admitted in December that he was dissatisfied with his status at Chelsea.

Lukaku started only 16 Premier League games last season. In 26 games, he scored eight league goals.

The Belgian international has said unequivocally that he wishes to rejoin Inter Milan. A loan agreement is being negotiated.

Chelsea are reportedly'ready to accept' a deal that includes a '€10 million loan fee plus add-ons,' according to Fabrizio Romano.

'Inter are simply waiting for the final green light from the owners,' according to the report.
