OFFICIAL: AS Roma Confirms The Free Transfer Of Paulo Dybala.

Paulo Dybala has been announced as a free signing by AS Roma after leaving Juventus.

Following the expiration of his contract with the Bianconeri in June, the Argentine left the team, ending his seven-year stint in Turin.

Inter had been expected to sign Dybala, and a deal to bring him to San Siro was almost complete. However, latest report understands that the Nerazzurri were unable to complete the transfer because Alexis Sanchez's contract could not be terminated.

This opened the door for Serie A rivals Roma to recruit the forward, who was also sought after by Napoli.

In addition, the Giallorossi announced the signing of Dybala on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old joins Nemanja Matic, Mile Svilar, and Zeki Celik as the Giallorossi's fourth summer signings.

During their preseason friendly against Sporting in Portugal, Dybala was spotted wearing a top with the Roma logo; he has now been revealed as their newest addition in Jose Mourinho's team.
