FIRST HALF:

A quick, talented Barça team thoroughly dominated Inter Miami in the first 45 minutes, playing some outstanding forward football that was at times frightening even for a friendly against lesser level competition.

In the first quarter, new signings Andreas Christensen and Raphinha made their debuts, and it was the Brazilian who truly stood out with his wide range of abilities and intellect, making wonderful passes and taking on his defenders fearlessly.

The first goal came from Raphinha's assist to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the 19th minute following a beautiful one-two with Pedri.

The former Leeds star then scored his first goal for the Blaugrana in the 25th minute with a beautiful volley, before assisting another goal for Ansu Fati in the 41st minute to brilliantly finish Barca's third of the half.

At halfway, Barça had the victory secured owing to a 3-0 commanding performance, which included two goals, one assist, and an outstanding debut for Raphinha.

SECOND HALF:

With 20 minutes left, Gavi, Memphis Depay with an incredible solo goals in the 55th and 69th minute respectively, and Ousmane Dembélé rounded the scoring in the 70th minute to make it 6-0 for Xavi's men.

Having played at a slower tempo than the first half team did, the Blaugrana were still easily finding spaces inside the Inter Miami defense despite a change to a back five by the home team.

The final period brought a completely new XI, including Man United target Frenkie De Jong as a center-back.

The last 20 minutes weren't quite as entertaining as they could have been as Inter did everything they could to prevent any goals while Barça appeared to have had enough and simply ran out the clock.

The first preseason game in America ended with a tremendous victory and a number of standout individual performances, and everything had gone according to plan.
