Ousmane Dembélé was the start of the show in the first half for Barca despite playing only 45 minutes, but that was all he needed to put on a show for the Cotton Bowl crowd.

Dembélé scored the opener after an excellent individual play on the 34th minute, that saw him move the ball down the right flank as he dribbled past both Colombian midfielder Juan Guillermo Cuadrado and Brazilian defender Alex Sandro before unleashing a low shot that beat Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczsny.

Kean later got the eaualizer for Juve five minutes later.

Seconds later, Dembele scored his second in the 40th minute off another good solo effort, just similar to that of the first goal. This time he passed the ball between Cuadrado's legs, followed by a dribble on Manuel Locatelli and a great strike to hand the Catalan team a 2-1 lead at halftime.

Former Everton and Paris Saint-Germain striker Moise Kean scored for the second time in the 51st minute of the game to draw level again for the team with the most titles in the history of Serie A.

Man of the Match Dembele, has been heavily criticized for indiscipline, and the poor level he's displayed on the pitch, spending most of his time on the injured players list.

The France winger, who joined Barca from Borussia Dortmund in 2017 for a then record €105million plus €40million add-ons, just signed a new contract not long a ago which will keep him at the Camp Nou right up until 2024.

Since the arrival of Xavi as manager, Dembele has quite been impressive. Though the recent arrival Raphinha has provided some real competition for Dembélé on the wing, and a dispute for a place in Xavi's Starting XI.

However, the start of the 2022-2023 season could be the Frenchman's breakout to stardom, as all seems to have brought the best out of him.

Xavi's men now shift their attention to the remaining game of their tour of the United States from the New York Crimson Bulls on Saturday, though Juve will experience Serious Madrid in Pasadena this weekend.

Barca get started the LaLiga season on Aug. 13 at dwelling versus Rayo Vallecano, while the Serie A year starts for Juventus on Aug. 15 versus Sassuolo in Turin.
